Cancellation Policy

When your appointment is confirmed, the time is reserved exclusively for you. By booking, you agree to the terms below.

24 Hour Cancellation Requirement

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations made before this 24 hour period are not subject to a cancellation fee. Any reservation fee or deposit paid will be applied or refunded in accordance with salon policy and the original method of payment.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50 percent of the total cost of the scheduled services. Any deposit or reservation fee paid will be applied toward this amount. The remaining balance, if applicable, may be charged to the card or payment method on file.

No Show, No Call

If you do not arrive for your appointment and no notice is provided, you authorize the salon to charge 100 percent of the total scheduled service cost to the card or payment method on file, less any deposit already paid.

Multiple No Shows

Guests with repeated no show appointments may be required to secure future bookings with a non refundable deposit equal to 100 percent of the total cost of scheduled services. This deposit will be applied to the final balance at the time of service.

Authorization to Charge

By booking an appointment, you authorize the salon to charge the card or payment method on file for any applicable cancellation or no show fees as outlined above.

Group Appointments

For group bookings, fees may be assessed for any individual who fails to cancel within 24 hours or does not arrive for their scheduled service. Charges will be based on the services reserved for each guest.

Salon Cancellations

If the salon must cancel your appointment, any deposit or reservation fee collected will be refunded or credited to the original method of payment.

Policy Application

Application of this policy, including fees, deposits, and refunds, will be determined in alignment with salon standards and the specific circumstances of the appointment.
