We want every client to be satisfied with their purchase from Colour Collective Salon. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges for products purchased online or in the salon.
2. Return Eligibility
You may return eligible retail items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
To qualify, items must:
Be unused and in original packaging
Include the original receipt or proof of purchase
Be returned within 30 days of the purchase date
Non-returnable items:
Opened or used hair care and beauty products
Hair brushes, combs, and tools once opened
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
Sale or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@colourcollectivesalon.com.
We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
