Guided by intuition, inspired by energy, and grounded in precision, Cameron co-founded Colour Collective to create a space where hairstylists could thrive, and clients could feel fully seen. Her signature is found not just in beautiful color or cut, but in the calm, curated experience she offers, which invites transformation from the inside out.

When she’s not behind the chair or on the road teaching, you’ll find Cameron enjoying time on the farm with her husband, JT Thomas, and their sweet pup Josie, or dreaming, designing, and visualizing new ways to elevate the beauty industry from the ground up.
